Join the elite Salty Gold Masters Camp at the Utah Olympic Oval from October 15–18. This is not your average weekend clinic. We have designed a highly specialized, 4-day training experience that combines World Record Ice, Olympic-level coaching, and advanced equipment diagnostics in the Salty Gold Skate Lab to help you reach your personal speed benchmarks.

THE COACHING & LOGISTICS STAFF

• Ryan Shimabukuro (Guest Coach): US National Long Track Head Coach, guide to 7 Olympic and 52 World Championship medals. (Participating as guest coach, partial attendance)

THE METHODOLOGY: CONSTRAINTS-LED LEARNING

Traditional coaching relies on internal verbal cues that overload your thinking under race conditions. Our methodology uses a Constraints-Led Approach. By introducing specific task constraints (target bands, modified lines, weight shifts) and external focus targets, your brain is guided towards discovering the most efficient movement pattern automatically. The result? New technical habits that stick when the race gun fires.

CAMP ITINERARY HIGHLIGHTS

• Thursday (Day 1): Camp Check-in & program introduction in the Salty Gold Masters Lounge on the 2nd floor, followed by Ice Session 1 (The 4 Pillars of Technique) and Ice Session 2 (Straightaway Mechanics). Equipment mapping begins.
• Friday (Day 2): Ice Session 3 (Starts & Acceleration Focus), catered nutrition classroom seminar, and dryland slideboard training.
• Saturday (Day 3): Race Day. Warm-up and starting practice followed by the Official Salty Gold Masters Time Trials under official racing protocols. Evening Banquet & Award Ceremony.
• Sunday (Day 4): Ice Session 4 (Corners, Team Pursuit, Team Sprint, and Mass Start strategies), followed by technical review.
