Refund policy

Return Policy – Salty Gold Supply Co.

Due to the technical and performance nature of skating equipment, all returns are subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unmounted and unsharpened

  • In brand new condition

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Used Equipment – Final Sale

Used equipment cannot be returned.

This includes any item that has been:

  • Worn on the ice

  • Mounted

  • Sharpened

  • Heat molded

  • Adjusted

  • Modified in any way

  • Washed or shows signs of wear

If returned items show signs of use, installation, sharpening, mounting, blade adjustment, or wear, the return will be denied and the item will be shipped back to the customer.

Mounted or sharpened blades are final sale.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved prior to shipment.

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an error was made in fulfilling the order.

Damages or Order Errors

Inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used equipment

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Personal care items

If you are unsure about sizing or product selection, please contact us prior to purchase.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, complete an approved return (if eligible) and place a new order. Inventory is not reserved until a new purchase is made.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days.

Items must still be unused, unworn, unmounted, and in original condition and packaging. Used equipment remains non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
